Proceed Northbound on route 13 into Dover. Proceed through the signaled intersection of route 13 and alt. rt. 113 (State Street). Proceed through the next signaled intersection of route 13 and Roosevelt Ave. New Car Mazda will be on your right. Continue Northbound for approximately 1/2 mile, the entrance to Public Safety Blvd. will be on your right immediately before Winner Ford. After turning right into Public Safety Bvld., continue through the S curve past the Winner Ford and Central District Headquarters entrances on your left and enter the Kent County Emergency Operations Center parking lot on your right.

Directions from North of Dover:

Proceed Southbound on route 13 through Dover. At the split of rt. 13 and 113, proceed Southbound on 13. Make your way into the left lane as soon as you can after the split. Turn left in the left turn lane immediately after Winner Ford onto Public Safety Blvd. Continue through the S curve past the Winner Ford and Central District Headquarters entrances on your left and enter the Kent County Emergency Operations Center parking lot on your right.

Note:

Public Safety Bvld. extends and connects to Transportation Circle which connects to route 113 in front of the DelDOT Administration building. You may find it easier to reach the EOC via route 113 by entering the DelDOT Campus and proceeding around back and turning onto Public Safety Bvld. (see map).
